Avocado and Mango Salsa

Mangoes have been popping up on sale all summer long, and i’m not positive as to why I continued to pass them by – if I had of tasted this earlier this would have been the taste-track of my summer. There is nothing quite like a multi purpose salsa, tacos, nachos, chips, fish, or even by the spoonful.

The thing about this salsa is the ingredients are so wonderful individualy and have so much flavour and each also have such amazing health benefits!! Mangoes are a superfood, Avocadoes are a super food. They both contain many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that go towards lowering cholesterol, blood pressure and increasing your digestive system and energy. When performed in unison they taste wonderful and give off such a great mouth feel.

Hey – I know what you’re thinking. Mango and Avocado together might be a little to out of the blue for you. That’s fine, if that is how you feel just skip the mango and go Guacamole

Avocado and Mango Salsa

1 Avocado Diced

1/2 of a Red Onion Diced

1 Mango Diced

1 Tsp of Lime Juice

1 Tsp of Oil

1 Tomato Diced

1 Tsp Jalapeño Diced



Carefully mix all your ingredients together, season and eat by the spoonful!
