1/2 cup of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
1/4 cup of water
1/3 cup of honey (less or more based on preference)
1/2 cup of chia seeds
Mix berries and water in a saucepan on the stove over medium heat, as the berries start to heat, mash with a fork. Once you have your desired texture, add the honey to your taste preference. Continue on the heat until a simmer begins. Take off heat, and fold in chia seeds. Let cool before jarring.
